eBooks Services Available!
Electronic books, or eBooks, is now available at the Seminole Public Library. The eBook system, powered by Overdrive.com, will allow anyone with a library card and PIN number to access books on a host of electronic devices, such as Kindle and Nook tablets, iPads, computers and more.

2013 Summer Reading Program
Although Winter is all around us, the Library Staff have been busy putting together this years' Summer Reading Program.
The program will take place the month of June, and each Wednesday will have a special event each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. The schedule is as follows:
June 12 - Don Hall, Ventriloquist
June 19 - Steve Crawford, Magician
June 26 - Awards and Certificates
Children 12 and under are challenged to read 25 books during the month. Those who meet the challenge are awarded a certificate and prizes.
The mission of the Seminole Public Library is to provide informational, cultural, and recreational material, services and programs to the people of all ages in the City of Seminole and the surrounding communities. In addition to the use of print resources, the Seminole Public Library also strives to offer electronic access to information from throughout the world.
The Seminole Public Library is governed by a Board of Trustees, and also meets with a Library Benefit Trust Board. Both boards meet quarterly. All meetings are open to the public.
